The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District intends to procure on a sole source basis with Cen-Tech International Inc. 1707 Emerald Green Dr. Houston, Texas 77094. As the manufacturer of the Solid Waste Incinerator at Soto Cano Honduras, Cen-Tech International is the only company who can perform inspection, repairs and commissioning on their product to prevent breach of warranty. Other tasks include conducting testing of the unit and training government personnel. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded. The (NAICS) Code of 333994 applies the, size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual number of employees does not exceed 500. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
