Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for laboratory infrared cameras (further descriptions of the items can be found at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm under solicitation numberw9124Q-08-LABCAM. The applicable NAICS code is 333315 with at size standard of 500 employees. We make payment by DFAS through the Wide Area Work Flow system; therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/),as well as, in the Wide Area Workflow (https://wawf.eb.mil/) Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, reasonable price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met.
