Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for Six high resolution dome day/night cameras with 360 degree rotation and 35x optical zoom, 12x digital zoom; camera mounting hardware ( wall/ceiling mounting kits, pole mount adaptors); 16-Channel digital video recorder with MPEG-4 compression, 3TB internal storage, real time live display and recordings for each channel with its own power supply; four 19 LCD high resolution rack-mountable monitor (SXGA 1280X1024); 2,000 feet coaxial or CAT-5 cable and all necessary hardware and cables as well as labor costs for installation. The applicable NAICS code is 443130 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Payment will be made by DFAS, therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. Proposals must be good for 30 days.
