This proposed acquisition if for National Level RESET of up to 700 Bradley vehicles and variants, including the purchase of Long Lead Items (LLIs) in support of this effort. USA TACOM LCMC intends to award this effort as a contract modification on existing Delivery Order 0027 to Basic Ordering Agreement W56HZV-05-G-0005 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land and Armaments, Ground Systems Division of York PA. Authority 10 U.S.C.2034 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.203-1. Justification: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
