Bid Description:
The Vermont Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) is seeking an individual to delivery various components of account management to selected large EAP accounts. This is an opportunity for individuals seeking part-time self employment who are able to easily travel throughout the State at sometimes odd hours. The purpose of the EAP is to provide prevention/intervention services to Vermonters in the workplace that meet a variety of goals of the Division of Vocational rehabilitation and the Agency of Human Services. Specifically, EAP support services: help disabilities who are employed, but facing challenges on the job, to retain employment; reduce drug and alcohol use in the workplace and amongst members teenage sons and daughters; prevent teen pregnancies, domestic violence, and a range of other adverse outcomes; prevent injuries and disabilities; increase workplace wellness; enhance the overall wellbeing of the Vermont workforce creating a more positive environment for business in Vermont; enhance DVR relationships with employers around the state. The EAP Account Management Liaison must be a well organized and self directed individual. They must have the skills and expertise to organize and implement large projects with multiple objectives, each with their won timeline. Experience in working with employers is a plus.
