This requirement is sole sourced to PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences, 710 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT 06484 as the only vendor able to supply all these parts. Any firms believing that they can provide these materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
