Scope: Provide/install a security system to control access/egress, monitor and track events, and equip designated doors with electronic door locking hardware. Base Bid is Phase 1 for 105 doors in 15 buildings; includes alternates for 78 additional doors in Phase 2 plus 106 doors in Phase 3. Note: A second prebid meeting will be conducted for new bidders on November 11, 2008, in Building Q, Room #201, Brookhaven College, 3939 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas. Companies listed as being in attendance at the first prebid meeting held on October 22, 2008, are NOT required to attend the second meeting. Any new information provided at the meeting will be distributed by addendum to all registrants.
