Description
The US Air Force Academy Department of Engineering Mechanics has a need for a water jet machining capability in its Mechanics Laboratory. The acquisition is unrestricted. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that equal products must meet are listed in the solicitation which is available for download on this website.
The unit should not exceed 25,000 lbs with full "catcher tank". Main unit should fit into a floor footprint of 13' wide x 14' deep. It is desired that the pump unit have remote operation/location capability so that pump placement can be optimized for floor loading limitations.
