The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Moody AFB intends to award a sole-source (sole-manufacturer) BPA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) for lease of Abbott Cell-DYN 3200SL Hematology Processor Plus service and reagent costs. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, reference request number FA4830-08-Q-0032. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government; all responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Interested sources must submit in writing, technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates the ability to meet this requirement before the closing date specified below. The Government contemplates award of a BPA resulting from this sources sought. If no responses are received, a sole source contract with Abbott Labs will be pursued without further notice. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed 5 years. Please see attached Statement of Work for details on the services requested.
