The Department of Conservation (DOC) is soliciting bids from businesses with the resources, experience, and abilities to provide bat gating (including cupolas) and foam closure services at various abandoned mine sites located in Southern California.
At its sole discretion, the DOC may award one or more contracts as a result of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. Any awarded contract will be subject to approval of an exemption to Executive Order S-4-03 by the Department of Finance and Secretary for the Resources Agency. This contract may be awarded before a State Budget is enacted. However, work will not commence until a State Budget is enacted. The IFB is available on the Internet at http://www.consrv.ca.gov/OMR/ |
