AV-8B FY 09 Post Production Support (PPS), Engineering, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), POC Contract Specialist, T. C. Renner Jr. (301) 757-0879. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company for PPS services. Under this contract, MDC provides sustaining configuration management, logistical support, and engineering support for the AV-8B Harrier airframe under the AV-8B Harrier II Plus program. This modification is being issued to restructure the existing options for FY08 and FY09 and effectively increases the overall contract ceiling commensurate with an additional year of support.
