This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and this solicitation W912KZ-08-T-0025 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 339112. The following commercial services are being requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - RM-182 Four Station single wall Audiology Test Booth. Test booth to include standard features and options: Four test stations with station jack panels for headphones and hand switches, master jack panel outside booth adjacent to door, sliding fabric curtain test station dividers, padded stools at each station, 32 inch clear opening door with 24 inch by 18 inch window, two (2) recessed incandescent lights, switches for fans and lights, fan powered ventilation system, two (2) exhaust fans, roof mounted with passive supply, wall mounted, and standard isolation floor with carpet (4 inch floor with 2 5/8 inch rails, 6 5/8 inch step up). TEST BOOTH MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site and the National Guard Contracting website frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
