THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION NUMBERED FAQ080038. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ALLOW THE CONSIDERATION OF DEVIATIONS TO THE BAIL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION OF LINE ITEM 0001. IF A QUOTE IS SUBMITTED THAT DEVIATES FROM THE SPECIFICATIONS, THE DEVIATION(S) MUST BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED. A QUOTE THAT MEETS THE REQUESTED SPECIFICATIONS MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED.
