New Parts, Service & Operators Manuals shall be provided for each truck. A 110v supplemental air compressor will be installed to allow for the maintenance of brake air while in station. A quick disconnect Kussmaul receptacle will be installed per OEM standards in the electrical section. Exhaust system replaced and be able to be fitted and be attached to a plymovent system. A 110-volt battery conditioner shall be installed on the vehicle. An auto-disconnect receptacle shall be installed on the drivers (left) side of vehicle and wired to the inlet for battery conditioner and compressor. Fire pump tear down & rebuilt to OEM standards. The paint color shall be DuPont or equal and USAF red. The finish coat shall be free of runs and orange peel. Time in production shall not exceed 200 days. The customer is allowed 1 (one) pre-construction and 1 (one) pre-delivery inspection visit at the contractors expense with the first prior to production, two (2) people maximum. Post delivery training and familiarization of personnel and /or maintenance staff on the vehicle shall be conducted by the contractor prior to the vehicle being placed into service.
