Description
Amendment 0003 contains 2 attachments: an updated Section M, and an update to the previously provided Q&As. The RFO will be updated to reflect the changes identified in this amendment. Section M is updated in 2 places. First, to correct a conflict between M.2.3.1 and M.3.2, 'may' in M.2.3.1 is changed to 'will'. Second, the definition of a 'Yellow' score is updated in Table M-3. Concerning the Q&As,; the Answer to Question #3 has been revised. Additional questions or comments regarding the SIR RFO and amendments may be submitted to Dan Lear, FAA Contracting Officer, via email to daniel.lear@faa.gov or phone at 202 493-5251. The due date for submission of Proposal Volumes I and II remains unchanged. Proposals must be submitted to the following address no later than Monday, March 17, 2008 at 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT): Federal Aviation Administration ATTN: Dan Lear, Contractiing Officer, AJA-48 Room 406 800 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20591 The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the down-select SIR. Therefore, any cost associated with the down-select SIR submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense.
