Description: This procurement will utilize a 2 - step RFQ/RFP process. The first step is the Request For Qualifications RFQ). An evaluation committee will review the responses and prepare a list of qualified proposers to respond and a fixed price proposal. The selected Design-Build firm will provide professional and management services, labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for the complete design and construction of the project. The Project proposed by the Contracting Agency consists of the design, construction, and warranty of a new airport, support buildings, and associated access facilities with various features for the Akutan Airport located on Akun Island in the Aleutians East Borough of Alaska. Proposal will be due not later than 4:00 PM prevailing time.
