The Panel is located in Rib 26 and consist of panel without backup plate (ring) bolted together which cover 14.0 inches by 20.5 inches modified elliptical crawl hole in rib. The panel is constructed of co-cured GR/EP Skin with Nomex Honeycomb core. L-2, width 14.5, Depth 1, Weight 10. This is not a total Small Business set-aside.

Mandatory Language: The 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission decision to realign/consolidate the procurement management and other related support functions from the components to the Defense Logistics Agency, is scheduled to be implemented at Tinker AFB in June 2008 timeframe. As a result, the contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded by the DLA Detachment at Tinker AFB. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
