The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for relocating one Zeiss Scai Z/I Photoscan 2000 from Menlo Park, CA to Sioux Falls, SD by disassembling and reassembling perspectively by a certified technician adjusting the optics and geometrically calibrating the instrument.. Upgrade another Zeiss Scai Z/I Photoscan 2000 at the Sioux Falls, SD location to a windows based PC software to be consistent with the relocated Z/I scanner. This service is known to be available only from Intergraph Corporation as the only certified provider of the service because Intergraph Corporation is the sole distributor of the Zeiss Scai Photoscan scanners. The USGS is aware of no other source who can provide the above. Therefore, it intends to make an award to Intergraph Corporation, unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same service. This service is subject to the Service Contract Act. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer, at dbroadwell@usgs.gov no later than July 31,2008 with an affirmative answer.
