Synopsis:

Modification 01 to BAA08-20. The purpose of this modification is to make the following changes:
Part Two.IV.B.4.Cover Sheet (21) is modified to read, "Proposal validity period (at least 120 days from date of submission)."

Part Two.IV.B.4. paragraph 3 is modified to include, "Cost proposals for which a subcontractor?s cost is or exceeds 10% of the total proposed cost must include a detailed cost breakdown for that subcontractor. These detailed cost proposals from a subcontractor may be submitted separately from the prime."

Part Two.VI.B.2. is modified to include, "Any non-Commercial supporting software code, such as libraries, development environments, or runtime environments, which are required for installation, compilation, or execution of the VIRAT software should have unlimited or government purpose rights."

Modification 02 to BAA08-20. The purpose of this modification is to make the following changes:

Part Two, Sec I, Program Structure, Task 1, paragraph 5 (last paragraph) is replaced in its entirely with the following:

Day TV and IR data for designing, training, and self-evaluation will be provided as government furnished information. This data (GFI) may include geo-registered video, ground truth annotations (as made by subject matter experts), terrain models, and platform and sensor metadata. Offerors may use other geo-spatial data and cartographic data such as road networks and building locations, if available.
