TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER SAN DIEGOADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting Department (FISC), Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Administrative Support Services at the Training Support Center (TSC) located in San Diego, CA. These services include management of administrative functions, correspondence functions, classified material, message processing functions, office automation functions, word processing services, mail functions, administrative support services, personnel security clearance support, publications management functions, reports management functions, directives management functions, forms management functions and all other General clerical functions. The resultant contract shall consist of a base year starting from the date of award until 30 Sep 2009 with four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement is set aside 100% for HubZone small business concerns who qualify under NAICS code 561110 with a size standard of $6M. The solicitation shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The RFQ will be made available electronically, upon its release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
