This is a modification to the synopsis entitled 'Advanced Lithium-Based ChemistryCell Development' which was posted on May 14, 2008. You are notified that the followingchanges are made: Due to modifications being made to the Statement of Work, the anticipated releaseschedule and teleconference have been pushed back. The new ANTICIPATED schedule is as follows: The release date of the Draft RFP is on orabout June 6, 2008. We will release it sooner if possible. A WebEx Pre-SolicitationTeleconference is being planned to be held on or about one week after the DraftSolicitation is posted. The Final Solicitation will be released on or about one weekafter the Pre-Solicitation Teleconference with the anticipated proposal due date on orabout 45 days after the posting of the Final Solicitation.The due date for responses is extended.Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer as wellas their intent to participate in the WebEx Pre-Solicitation Teleconference. Informationregarding the WebEx will be sent out to those who notify us of their interest. If youhave already sent in a notice to attend the Teleconference you do not need to do soagain.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GRC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=22; Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
