Synopsis:

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with The Corporate Executive Board Company, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW - Suite #6000, Washington, DC 20006. Corporate Executive Board will provide membership in the Corporate Leadership Council and the Leadership and Development Roundtables. These memberships include access to public, private, and non-profit institutions. This diverse access will enable the DIA to tap into the learning curves of other organizations in order to assimilate the best ideas into their day-to-day operations. The membership provides: Unlimited access to the entire bundle of member services for the entire agency, an Annual Executive Retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the Council principals and for the Council to disseminate key insights from its proprietary strategy research, A series of regionally-based Staff Briefings presenting results of the proprietary research, Unlimited, unrestricted access to the password protected web site, which contains archived research, online networking tools, and decision support tools, finally each member relationship is coordinated by a dedicated team consisting of relationship management and research staff. The team reaches out at the beginning of each membership year to create the customer's service plan responsible to the individual member needs and then uses the plan as a blueprint to guide actions across the year. There is an on-call response team available to respond to any requests or needs that arise. The period of performance will be for 12 months from date of the award. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions are due NLT close of business, 27 May 2008.
